Information you provide

When an enabled project, partnership or support form is submitted, we receive the name, email, company, request type and message entered by the sender.

Purpose and storage

The information is used only to review and respond to the request. Submissions are stored in the isolated fenix2soft database. Advertising profiles are not created from enquiry data.

Current analytics state

Analytics and marketing tracking are disabled in the public beta. If that changes, this notice and the cookie controls must be updated before the tools are enabled.

Retention and requests

Beta enquiry records are retained only while needed for the conversation and operational protection. Verified legal entity, jurisdiction, retention schedule and privacy contact details must be added before a general commercial launch.
